A: We offer free samples, with the customer covering the shipping charge. For new design men's underwear samples, there will be a design charge. Upon reaching an agreement, the sample fee will be refunded.
Lead Time:
Sample: 7-10 days | Order: 2-4 weeks after confirmation (working days)
Custom Design:
We welcome sample processing and provide OEM/ODM services. Our professional team can create products according to your specifications.
Express Charges:
If ordering samples, you can use your courier account for DHL, FEDEX, ***, or UPS. For customers without an account, we can calculate and arrange payment for express freight.
Payment:
