Q1: Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
A1: Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly.(No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex Dhl TNT)Customized samples need to charge sample fee.
Q2: What is the lead time for samples?
A2: 5-7days after get sample fee.
Q3: What is the lead time for delivery?
A3: In general we are able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 15-30days since order of confrmation fixed.
Q4:Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A4: Yes, And you also have two options as below.
(1)Send your label design to us, and we will make them for you and put them on the items.
(2)Send your finished labels to us, and we will put them on the items.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A5: Regarding OEM service, general MOQ of each design is 500pcs per color, with best price.
For your special request with less MOQ, then can be made sublimation printing direclty.
Q6: How to deliver?
A6: Fedex,DHL,UPS,by sea,by air,by train and by Truck etc.
Q7: What's your Payment term?
A7:T/T or LC or 30% deposit before production, the 70% balance before shipping or against B/L copy.
