1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a sportswear factory since 2003 with more than 260 workers, 180 machines and printing workshop, we have our own design team and are able to provide customized products for you.

2. Q: Can sample be free?
A: Of course, we provide sample for free, and you just need to pay for express cost.

3. Q: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T transfer, e-Checking, Paypal will be OK, other payment terms, pls. contact us.
We will submit Trade Assurance order on MIC, protect your money from payment to delivery.

4. Q: How can you ensure your quality?
A: Our experienced QC team test every product according to our quality control process, we will check products and send you the photos for your confirmation before delivery.

5. Q: What about the production lead time and the capacity monthly?
A: Our production lead time is 3 days for products in stock, and 10-15 days for customized products.
The capacity is 30,0000PCS per month.
