2. What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) of your products?
Our MOQ for each type of product is 300pcs depending on different items. Please consult our sales for more details.

3. How can I get the sample?
We can provide you samples with 1 or 2 sets, and customer need to pay for the sample and shipping cost. We will refund sample charge when you make an order.

4. How long does it take to receive goods?
7 days for sample and about 45 days for mass production after receiving deposit and all design confirmed.

5. Is it possible to mark our own brand on the products?
Yes, we can provide OEM and ODM services.

6. How to make the payment?
Global Pay, T/T, L/C, D/P is also our way.

7. How can you make sure we will receive the product with high quality?
In the processing flow, we have a series of detection machines to control the quality. Before loading, our QC will inspect each shipment and all raw material is according to foodstuff requirement.
