1. We can packed all of the shoes with the shoes boxes or without the shoes boxes, depend on your demands. But with the shoes boxes, the shipping fee will be expensive than without the shoes boxes, pls understand.

Q1. May I change the shoe design/logo or have my own design/logo?
L&K: Sure, we will change upper/outsole/color combination as per you requirement.
Meanwhile, our designers provide new designs for you ahead of each season if you need.
If you have your own designs that will be fine also.

Q2. Do you offer free samples?
L&K: We need you to pay for the samples, but the sample charge will be deducted directly in the order amount once you place order, freight charge bear by your side.

Q3. How about the production lead-time?
L&K: Usally it will take 45-60 days after production confirmed and the deposit received by our side.

Q4. What is your payment terms?
L&K: 30% TT deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment or L/C at sight will be better.

Q5. What is your MOQ?
L&K: The MOQ will be 1500 pairs/color, 2 colors at least.
