Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 30 pairs/model/color.

Q: Can you offer custom service for us?
A: Yes, of course, that's exactly we are good at. There are three types of custom service:
1.Custom your own design. You can send us the design drawings or even a real shoes sample to our address. We will do according to
your design, turning your ideas into reality.
2.Upgrade on the original mockup. You can change anywhere according your ideas like color, material, heels shape and height,upper, decorations, logo, package, oversize, etc. As long as the shoes tree is the same, we can make it. If you change the shoestree, we'll have to open a new mockup, the cost is higher.
3.Choose Our Latest Design. Every year, we spend over 5 million RMB to design new styles and make samples for our business partner to provide new arrival fashion shoes in local market with different seasons. These styles are unique, you can not find them elsewhere. To get full catalogue, feel free to contact us:)

Q: Can we have sample before bulk order?
A: Yes, we will make a sample for your reference.
The production time of sample is normally 7-20 days, depending on how complex it is.
Sample fee also depends on complexity of shoes, pleas contact us to quote price.
Sample confirmation method can be sent to your address.

Q:The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?
A.When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, please kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China .

Q: How is our order production progress?
A: We will update the latest production progress for you. Firstly, we produce one single piece of shoe as you request. Then, we take photos and videos to send to you for reference. Once you confirm everything is ok, we do the massive production. At last, we keep it in case you may order this design again, so we can find it and make shoes 100% the same as before.
