The Aluminium Apron is recommended when using a knife or similar cutting tools, in particular for boning and cutting meat or cutting fish. Its superior protection prevents powerful knife blows during deboning. It is essential protective equipment for work in the butchery and fishmongers.

The Aluminium Apron must not be used to protect against risks caused by moving machinery.

The shape and arrangement of the inserts in Aluminium Apron make it impossible for knife points to penetrate on both sides. Puncture test results show exceptional strength. Its assembly and adjustment system make it a soft and flexible piece of protective equipment.
