2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Linyi and Rizhao City, Shandong Province, about 2.5 hours by car from Qingdao, we can pick you up from airport to your hotel. We warmly welcome our costumer visit us!

3.Q:Do you have any certificate of your products?
A:We are cooperating with CTC, SATRA and TUV test labs for many years. Most of the items get CE certificates(EN420. EN388:2016, EN511 etc.)according to the newest standard, so do the ANSl cut and ISEA 138 impact test.

4.Q:How can l get some samples?
A: Yes, FREE samples is provided for most items if the quantity is 3Pieces below, you just need supply your Express account(such as DHL/FedEx/UPS) or pay the freight cost

5.Q:How does your factory make the quality control?
A:Quality is priority.We have 100% inspect before delivery

6.Q:Terms and Service
A:Trade terms:FOB, CIF,CNF.
Payment terms: T/T with 30% deposit, 70% against the copy of B/L. You can pay by T/T Trade Assurance, Credit card,PayPal,Western Union etc.
Loading port: Shanghai or Qingdao Port.
MOQ: Normally 500doz per item(size could mix).
Package: By Bale or carton. We can design carton mark for you.
Delivery: Normally,it will take 10 to 25 days after receiving the deposit, depends on the item and the quantity.

7.Q:Shipping Service
A:We can arrange the multiple transportations for you, like seaway, air shipment or Express according to your requirement.
