Q1. May I change the shoe design/logo or have my own design/logo?
L&K: Sure, we will change upper/outsole/color combination as per your requirement.
Meanwhile, our designers provide new designs for you ahead of each season if you need.
If you have your own designs that will be fine also.

Q2.Do you offer free samples?
L&K: Yes, we offer free samples for you, but the sample freight charge bear by your side.

Q3.How about the production lead-time?

L&K: Usally it will take 45-60 days after production confirmed and the deposit received by our side.

Q4. What is your payment terms?
L&K: 30% TT deposit and 70% balance payment before shipment or L/C at sight will be better.

Q5. What is your MOQ?
L&K: The MOQ will be 500 pairs/color, 2 colors at least.
