Steel toe: EN ISO 20345 standard
Toe cap: TPU heavy strong
Lining: Mesh with 3mm foam
Back Stay:Back stay lining we add reinforcement
Footbed: 5mm sponge EVA
Sole: Dual density, double color PU sole.

Packing :Normally one pair in one box, 5/10 pairs to one carton. other packing can accept also.
Delivery: within 45-60 days after get deposit, 30 days delivery is acceptable if you need urgent but in small quantity(2000 pairs or so).
Price: use buff Nubuck, price is cheap.
use cow Nubuck, you can select different thickness(1.6-1.8mm ,1.8-2.0mm), price is a little bit different.

All materials are checked by QC before putting in the warehouse, only the qualified material can be accept. Every workshop will follow this way in processing in order to keep the products in good quality. At last the General QC charge the finished products.

You can check the production during our producing times or you can send your QC to our factory . of course we have our quality control team, every day we will take one pair of sample to our lab room and check the quality. Our lab room keep every style test report.
