Xiamen Ewonlong Webbing Co., Ltd. – Equipment Overview

To support high-quality and efficient production, Xiamen Ewonlong Webbing Co., Ltd. is equipped with a wide range of advanced machinery, and our equipment capacity continues to expand.

We currently operate 34 knitting machines, which are used to produce elastic bands and knitted webbings with excellent stretch and flexibility, ideal for apparel and medical applications.

Our 37 weaving machines manufacture both rigid and elastic webbing with precise control over width, density, and tension. These products are widely used in luggage, safety gear, and industrial fields.

We have 7 warping machines, which prepare yarn by winding it evenly onto warp beams, ensuring smooth and efficient feeding into the knitting and weaving process.

To maintain quality consistency, we utilize 5 sorting machines that automatically inspect, align, and categorize finished webbings based on appearance and dimensional standards.

There are 2 setting machines in operation, which apply heat treatment to webbing products for shape stabilization, shrinkage control, and improved dimensional accuracy.

Our 5 packing machines provide flexible packing options such as roll, flat, or swing packaging, meeting different customer and transportation requirements.

We also use 5 winding machines to wind completed webbings into clean, uniform rolls or spools, ready for packing or shipment.

Note: Our machinery inventory is continuously growing to meet increasing production needs and customized orders.
