We are delighted to offer most samples at no cost. However, for complex designs such as custom prints or dyed fabrics, a small fee is necessary to cover development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US dollars. Standard payment terms include 30% upfront, with the balance payable before loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on order volume, design complexity, and fabric selection. Standard fabric styles usually take around 20 days to prepare. Orders under 10,000 pieces can be completed in approximately 40 days, while larger quantities may require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Indeed, we guarantee the quality of our products. If any garment does not meet our high standards, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger issues affecting more than 100 pieces, replacements are provided at no additional cost, with no need to return defective items.
