Sample creation times vary with complexity. Standard products are typically ready in 7 days, while intricate designs, such as new prints, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample delivery, recognizing its critical role in your product development decisions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, we offer samples complimentary. However, for complex items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is necessary to offset dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon B/L presentation. For larger orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary with volume, design, and fabric type. Standard fabric styles require around 20 days for preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, anticipate 40 days; for orders exceeding 10,000, expect 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
