HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
Sample creation times vary by complexity. Standard items typically take 7 days, whereas intricate projects like new print designs may extend to 21 days. At GB, we are renowned for our swift sample turnaround, understanding its crucial role in your decision-making process for new product lines.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Samples are generally complimentary. However, for complex items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, where additional costs are incurred for development, a nominal fee may apply.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times differ based on order volume, design, and fabric. Generally, for styles using standard fabrics, preparation takes about 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while larger orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may need 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If any items fall short of your quality standards, we'll refund the cost of up to 100 pieces. For more than 100 defective items, we will manufacture and send replacements at no added cost, without requiring the return of faulty goods.
