One-piece fire-fighting protective suits are mainly used for fire fighting in relatively enclosed compartments of ships, handling steam leaks, and other high-temperature operations to protect firefighters from flames, steam, heat radiation, and high temperatures generated during the fire's formation stage.
Material: Four-layer flame-retardant and heat-insulating composite fabric
Flame-retardant performance: TPP value greater than 28cd/ni
Surface water resistance: 240ml distilled water, water staining level less than 3 on the surface
Overall shrinkage performance: After 25 washes, no damage, peeling, or discoloration, warp and weft shrinkage less than 5%

I. Donning Instructions

1. Sling on the positive-pressure fire-fighting air respirator cylinder and fasten the respirator belt;

2. Put on the bodysuit in the order of feet first, then hands. Ensure the belt is pre-fastened to the bodysuit's buckle. Place the air respirator pressure gauge inside the bodysuit and through the left chest pocket for easy viewing. Place the air respirator supply hose inside the bodysuit and zip it down to the chest area;

3. Put on fire-fighting protective boots;

4. Put the breathing mask on your head from bottom to top, adjust the mask, tighten the mask adjustment straps, and hold the mask connector with your hand. Check the mask's seal by inhaling. Install the air supply valve onto the mask;

5. Put on the flame-retardant hood;

6. Put on the fire helmet, adjust its position, fasten the buckle, and put on the bodysuit's hood.

7. After ensuring the air supply hose of the self-contained breathing apparatus is inside the suit, zip the suit all the way up, fasten the Ve1cro, fasten the belt, and put on the protective gloves;

8. Finally, check that the self-contained breathing apparatus is functioning properly and that all zippers and buttons are properly fastened;

II. Washing and Maintenance Methods

1. Before washing, remove any flammable dirt, such as grease or petroleum, from the protective suit and close all zippers and buttons; it can be machine washed or hand washed, with a maximum washing temperature of 60ºC. Do not wash with other clothing; use neutral detergents, do not bleach, and do not dry clean;

2. Flame-retardant hoods should be washed with soapy water and neutral detergent, then rinsed with clean water;

3. Fire belts should be washed thoroughly with soapy water;

4. Firefighting protective gloves should not be machine washed. Use a brush with a small amount of neutral detergent to wash them; heavily soiled gloves can be dry cleaned with a cleaning agent.

5. Firefighters' protective boots should not be scrubbed; instead, wipe them with a soft cloth and air dry in the shade.

6. Do not use hydrocarbon-based cleaning products or solvents to clean the helmet visor.

7. Under normal storage conditions, inspect the equipment every six months. Only use the equipment after it has passed inspection.

III. Safety Precautions

1. Inspect the equipment before wearing it. Do not use it if any damage is found.

2. Before entering a fire scene, raise the collar to protect the neck. Avoid contact with open flames and hard objects with sharp edges while wearing the equipment.

3. During firefighting and rescue operations, fasten all parts of the equipment securely, such as Ve1cro, zippers, collar, and collar protectors.

4. If the protective performance is reduced due to wetting, high-temperature burns, tearing, etc., in a fire scene, evacuate immediately.

5. Inspect the equipment promptly after use. Replace it immediately if any damage is found.

6. Do not use public laundry facilities to prevent the spread of chemicals or toxic combustible contaminants from protective clothing;

7. Replace helmet visors immediately if they are found to be worn, scratched, or damaged;

8. When wearing a fire-fighting protective belt, ensure the buckle is fastened securely.

IV. Storage Conditions

1. Do not store in contact with oil, acids, alkalis, or other flammable, explosive materials or corrosive chemical gases;

2. Store away from light in a dry, well-ventilated indoor environment, avoiding rain, moisture, and direct sunlight;

3. Prevent snagging and mildew;

4. Avoid dropping or bumping helmets during storage; avoid bending protective boots during storage.
