Q.Why I choose you but not choose other suppliers?

We have enough production capacity which up to 1 million pcs per year, customers can be free to choose where to produce the bulk according to their order qty and price level.
We also have strong develop team which including style designers, graphic designers, technicians, Merchandiser, QA & QC, shipment team, to offer ONE-STOP activewear SUPPLY to our customers.

Q.Can you do my own design?

Yes, we can do ODM for our customers, we can develop samples according to your techpack or copy your samples.

Q.Do you have catalogue for selection?

Yes we have, every year our designer would develop for more than 1000 collections for our customers' selection.

Q.Can I choose your style but put my own logo?

We can do OEM for our customers, we can develop your brand with label or print.

Q.Can you source the fabric/trims for us?

We have a lot of material suppliers both in and out of China, we not only use local fabric mill but also import fabric from overseas such as CREROA, LYCR A etc.

Q.What is your sample cost?

The sample fee is $80/style, but we can return to you when you place bulk order.

Q.How soon you can develop a sample for us?

Normally it takes 7-10 days for fabric production; another 7-10 days for sampling. If you don't need to develop the fabric, then it would be more faster. But the leadtime also depends on how many styles you need to develop.

Q.How can I get my samples?

Two ways, you can give us the express account to send, if you don't have, we can send out to you using our own express and issue Invoice to you. Never use EMS or postal services which is really too slow, take weeks to arrive.

Q.What is the lead time to make solid labdip/ printed S/O?

Solid labdip normally takes 7days; Printed S/O takes 7-10 days.

Q.What is your MOQ? Can you do small order?

Our MOQ is 200pcs/style/color for activewear choose from our color swatch, you can do 3-4 sizes. if need custom color based on the Pantone code,MOQ will more depend on the fabric and design.

Production & Shipment:

Q. What is your capacity?

Annual capacity can be up to 1 million pcs.

Q. What is the leadtime for bulk production?

In low season from April to Sept. is 20-40days including material production;
In busy season from Oct. to Mar. is 50-90days including material production.

Q.How do you control your bulk quality

We would prepare pre-production samples (PPS) and per-production cards (PPC) and hold Pre-production meeting (PPM) with our production lines to make sure production right first time, and we have QC to check inline inspection and final inspection. Even our customers can apply the 3rd parties inspector to come for checking.
We also have inspection report, shipment samples to our customers for approval before shipment.

Q. What is your payment term?

T/T 30% deposit, balance before shipment;
Other payment term can be discussed for agreement.

Q. How can I get the bulk goods?

Normally we do EXW, FOB and FCA with our customers. If you have nominated forwarder, you can give us contact information. If you don't have, we will help you arrange it. For small order, we can use express to ship out the goods which would be more fast and easier.
