A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due before shipment or ex-factory. Payments are processed via the MIC system, accommodating various payment methods.

A: Samples are charged at twice the final FOB quote (excluding freight and taxes). Sample charges are refunded with a confirmed order of specific quantity.

3.Q: What is our production lead time?
A: Standard lead time is 20-30 days unless specific yarns are needed. Actual lead time is quoted per your requirements.

4.Q: Packaging and Delivery
A: Garments are half-folded and flat packed into PE polybags, with 10-20 pieces per export carton, depending on weight. Our main trade term is FOB Shenzhen, with other terms negotiable case by case.
