1.Q: What is your Payment term?
A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment/ex-factory. All payments are processed through the MIC system, accepting various payment methods.

2.Q: How do you charge the sample(s)?
A: Each sample incurs a charge twice the final FOB quote (excluding freight and taxes). Sample charges are refundable upon order confirmation with a specified quantity.

3.Q: What is our production lead time?
A: Typically, production takes 20-30 days if no specific yarns are required. Exact lead time is quoted based on your needs.

4.Q: Packaging and Delivery
A: Each garment is neatly half-folded and packed flat into a PE polybag, with 10-20 pieces per export carton, depending on garment weight. Our primary trade term is FOB Shenzhen, but other terms can be discussed case by case.
