1.Q:What is your Payment term?
A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due before shipment/ex-factory. All payments are processed via the MIC system, accepting various payment methods.

2.Q:How do you charge the sample(s)?
A: Samples are charged at twice the final FOB quote (excluding freight and tax). Charges are refunded upon confirmation of an order with a specific quantity.

3.Q:What is our production lead time?
A: Standard lead time is 20-30 days if no special yarns are needed. Actual lead time is quoted based on your requirements.

4.Q:Packaging and Delivery
A: Each garment is half-folded and flat-packed in a PE polybag, with 10-20 pieces per export carton, depending on weight. Our main trade term is FOB Shenzhen, although other terms can be negotiated case by case.
