1.Q: What is your Payment term?
A: A 30% deposit is needed upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment/ex-factory. Payments are processed via the MIC system, accepting all methods.

2.Q: How do you charge the sample(s)?
A: Each sample incurs a charge TWICE the final FOB quote (excluding freight/taxes). This is refunded once an order is confirmed with a specified quantity.

3.Q: What is our production lead time?
A: Typically, it's 20-30 days barring special yarn needs. The precise lead time is quoted based on your requirements.

4.Q: Packaging and Delivery
A: Garments are half-folded and flat-packed in PE polybags, 10-20 pcs per export carton (depending on weight). Our main trade term is FOB Shenzhen, with other terms negotiable.
