1.Q: What is your Payment term?
A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment/ex-factory. Payments are processed through the MIC system, accepting all payment methods.

2.Q: How do you charge the sample(s)?
A: Samples are charged at twice the final FOB quote (excluding freight and taxes). Charges are refundable upon order confirmation with specified quantity.

3.Q: What is our production lead time?
A: Typically, it takes 20-30 days unless specific yarns are needed. Exact lead times are quoted based on your requirements.

4.Q: Packaging and Delivery
A: Garments are half-folded and packed in PE polybags, 10-20 pcs per carton, depending on weight. We mainly operate on FOB Shenzhen terms, with other terms negotiable case by case.
