1.Q: What is your Payment term?
A: A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% settled before shipment/ex-factory. All payments are processed through the MIC system, accepting various payment methods.

2.Q: How do you charge the sample(s)?
A: Each sample is charged at twice the final FOB quote (excluding freight and taxes). Sample charges are refunded once the order is confirmed with a specific quantity.

3.Q: What is our production lead time?
A: Typically, it takes 20-30 days unless specific yarns are required. The actual lead time is quoted based on your needs.

4.Q: Packaging and Delivery
A: Each garment is half-folded and flat-packed into a PE polybag, holding 10-20 pcs per export carton, depending on garment weight. Our main trade term is FOB Shenzhen, with other terms discussed as needed.
