1.Can I add my logo or design of my own? Yes, of course, we provide OEM/ODM service. We can put your logo on the shoes, and we also can make the shoes according to your design. If you like, you can tell us your idea, then we make the sample for the testing.
2.What is the payment terms? We accept the L/C, T/T, But normally 30% deposit before production and pay the balance upon copy of B/L.
3.What is the upper material normally used for safety shoes? Full grain leather, split leather,suede leather, smooth action leather, microfiber leather, nubuck leather.
4.What is the normal outsole for safety shoes? Rubber PU injectionTPU
5.What's your Sample Policy ? We will charge the sample cost, but it will return to you when there is order to us, the delivery fee is paid by buyers.Samples lead time: about 7- 10 days days for normal styles and materials.
6.What is the test equipment you have? As a professional safety shoes manufacturer, we have the necessary test equipment, such as:safety shoe wear tester, impact resistance tester, safety shoe folding tester, safety shoe compression pierced tester.
7.Question: What is the quality guarantee period? All our safety shoes are offered 6 months quality guarantee after shipping. If the safety shoes are broken within 6 months, we will compensate customer freely in next order.
