Who we are

Apparel & Accessories is a garment manufacturing partner serving fashion brands, online sellers, retailers and uniform programmes. We build custom apparel from a tech pack, a sketch or a physical reference sample, and hold the approved specification so every reorder reproduces the last one.

Our work covers the full path: fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making and grading, sampling and fit revision, bulk production, in-line and final inspection, packing and shipment documentation.

How a programme runs

1. Specification — we review your tech pack or reverse engineer your sample, then confirm fabric, weight, colour standard and tolerance in writing.
2. Sampling — prototype, fit revision and a pre-production sample built from the actual bulk fabric.
3. Approval — a golden sample is retained at the factory as the reference for bulk.
4. Bulk production — controlled cutting, sewing and finishing with in-line inspection and photo reporting.
5. Inspection and packing — final inspection against the approved sample, packed to your barcode and size ratio.
6. Shipment — documentation and dispatch under the agreed Incoterm (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP).

Customisation options

Fabric and colour are specified to your requirement, including Pantone-matched dyeing. Decoration is quoted separately by position and colour count: screen and digital printing, embroidery, applique and patch work, heat transfer, rhinestone and sequin work, and woven or printed labels and packaging.

Quality and compliance

Every bulk lot is checked for shade, hand feel, measurements and workmanship against the approved sample, with shrinkage, colour fastness and seam strength recorded on the first lot and kept as the reference for reorders. Test reports and compliance documentation can be arranged to your market requirement; inspection photos and the measurement report are shared before the balance payment is due.
