What to include in your enquiry
- Product — garment type, or a photo of a reference sample.
- Quantity — pieces per style and per colour, plus the size ratio if you have one.
- Fabric and finish — preferred composition and weight, or the hand feel you are after.
- Decoration — print, embroidery, patch or label requirements and placement.
- Target price — landed cost per unit if you have a number in mind.
- Delivery window — when the goods need to be on the water or in your warehouse.
- Market — destination country and any compliance or testing requirement.

How the process starts
- Enquiry — you send the brief; we confirm whether it is something we can produce and at what scale.
- Quotation — fabric, trim, decoration and packing costed separately, with alternatives where they save money.
- Sampling — prototype, fit revision and a pre-production sample from the actual bulk fabric.
- Confirmation — written specification, golden sample and a production calendar before deposit.
- Production and inspection — in-line checks, photo reporting and a final inspection before the balance payment.
Samples and factory visits
Sampling is charged at cost and credited against the bulk order once it is placed. Existing samples can be sent for evaluation, and factory visits or a video walk-through of the production line can be arranged on request.
