Midi Dress Customization Program for Hospitality and Hotels with Debossing
Midi Dress Solution for Hospitality and Hotels
This programme covers the full path from a midi dress concept to a repeatable bulk supply for hospitality and hotels. Instead of buying whatever a catalogue happens to stock, you specify the cloth, the fit block, the decoration method and the packing, and we hold that specification so every reorder matches the last one.
The most common failure we see in hospitality and hotels sourcing is not price — it is drift. Fabric changes supplier, the shade moves, sizing shifts half a grade and the programme quietly stops looking like the brand. We prevent that with a written spec, an approved counter sample and a golden sample retained at the factory.

Recommended fabrics
- Ripstop Nylon — used when durability and abrasion resistance come first
- Anti-Static Fabric — preferred for breathability in warm conditions
- Crepe — preferred for breathability in warm conditions
- Denim — selected for colour depth and print sharpness
Decoration and finishing
The default method for this programme is Debossing, but we routinely combine processes on one garment. Placement, colour count and position drives cost more than the garment itself, so we quote decoration separately and show you the trade-off before sampling.
- Flat Embroidery
- Acid Wash
- Chenille Embroidery
- All-Over Sublimation
- Garment Dyeing
- Screen Printing

FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GOTS, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Quote and next steps
Share a reference photo or a sample garment and we will reverse-engineer the specification for your own label.
