Theatrical Costume Customization Program for Trade Shows and Exhibitions with Contrast Stitching

Source:Solution / Time:2026-09-18

Theatrical Costume Solution for Trade Shows and Exhibitions

This programme covers the full path from a theatrical costume concept to a repeatable bulk supply for trade shows and exhibitions. Instead of buying whatever a catalogue happens to stock, you specify the cloth, the fit block, the decoration method and the packing, and we hold that specification so every reorder matches the last one.

The most common failure we see in trade shows and exhibitions sourcing is not price — it is drift. Fabric changes supplier, the shade moves, sizing shifts half a grade and the programme quietly stops looking like the brand. We prevent that with a written spec, an approved counter sample and a golden sample retained at the factory.

Theatrical Costume for Trade Shows and Exhibitions

Recommended fabrics

  • Rayon — preferred for breathability in warm conditions
  • Mulberry Silk — selected for colour depth and print sharpness
  • Crepe — used when durability and abrasion resistance come first
  • 3-Layer Waterproof Fabric — selected for colour depth and print sharpness

Decoration and finishing

The default method for this programme is Contrast Stitching, but we routinely combine processes on one garment. Placement, colour count and position drives cost more than the garment itself, so we quote decoration separately and show you the trade-off before sampling.

FAQ

Can you match a specific colour?

Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.

Do you provide compliance documents?

We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for WRAP, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.

How is shipping handled?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
