This programme covers the full path from a cargo pant concept to repeatable bulk supply for event management. The build starts from everyday-casual references — cargo pant in brushed fleece — then locks fabric weight, wash behaviour and fit tolerance so every reorder matches the approved sample.
Most cargo pant buyers arrive with one of these problems: the fabric felt thinner than the approved sample, or the fit drifted between sizes. The fix is a written spec before bulk: shrinkage allowance, stitch density, colour tolerance and a golden sample kept at the factory.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 800 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for WRAP, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 3 days each.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
