Mini Dress Customization Program for Restaurants and Cafes with Dye-Sublimation Printing

Mini Dress Customization Program for Restaurants and Cafes

This programme covers the full path from a mini dress concept to repeatable bulk supply for restaurants and cafes. The build starts from everyday-casual references — mini dress in brushed fleece — then locks fabric weight, wash behaviour and fit tolerance so every reorder matches the approved sample.

Most mini dress buyers arrive with one of these problems: delivery missed the season drop, or colour faded after a few washes. The fix is a written spec before bulk: shrinkage allowance, stitch density, colour tolerance and a golden sample kept at the factory.

Mini Dress Dye-Sublimation Printing detail

How we produce it

  1. Tech pack review, fabric confirmation and lab dip approval
  2. Pattern, grading and a Brushed Fleece-spec prototype
  3. Fit sample and wearer test, then pre-production sign-off
  4. Bulk cutting with dye-sublimation printing applied under controlled settings
  5. In-line inspection, final AQL 2.5 check and packing

Quality control

Every bulk lot is compared against the approved sample for shade, hand feel, measurements and wash behaviour. Mini Dress reorders stay comparable over time because the spec, the lab dip and the golden sample are all on file.

FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard programmes start at 500 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.

How is shipping handled?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.

Do you provide compliance documents?

We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for ISO 9001, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
