Where This Style Goes Wrong In Production
PU backing cloth can peel at the seams. Use a lower machine speed, a stronger seam allowance and run a peel test before approving bulk.
PU creases permanently in pressing - use a low-temperature press with a press cloth, and never press directly on the coated surface.
