Cashmere and wool cloths relax and shrink after steaming - pre-shrink the fabric and block the garment before measuring so the finished length and chest stay true to the spec sheet.
Pilling is the usual complaint on brushed wool and cashmere. Confirm the mill's anti-pilling grade and run a Martindale test on the bulk cloth before cutting.
