Chunky gauges are heavy - confirm the garment weight and the carton weight before quoting freight.
Chunky yarn shows joins - agree where joins are allowed and how they are finished.
Cashmere needs a pilling test on the actual yarn lot - run a Martindale or ICI pill-box test and keep the result with the production card.
