How do you control colour consistency?

Lab dips are approved before bulk dyeing and the approved reference is kept on file. Bulk shade is checked within the agreed tolerance band against that reference on every repeat order.

What files do you need for prints and embroidery?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result. For raster artwork please supply 300 dpi at final print size. Embroidery is digitised in-house and we return a sew-out photo for approval.

Can you develop my own pattern?

Yes. Send a tech pack, a reference garment or even clear photos, and we will draft the block, grade it across your size set and produce a fit sample before bulk.

What is the minimum order quantity?

This dress programme starts at 300 pieces per style and colourway. Sizes can be split across a size set, and for a first order we can often mix colourways so you can test demand before committing to one shade.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype in Velvet is typically ready 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Revisions add roughly 5 days each, and we send fit photos at every stage.
