How do you control colour consistency?

Lab dips are approved before bulk dyeing and the approved reference is kept on file. Bulk shade is checked within the agreed tolerance band against that reference on every repeat order.

How does shipping work?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Bulk normally ships by consolidated sea freight, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype in Velvet is typically ready 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Revisions add roughly 5 days each, and we send fit photos at every stage.

What is the minimum order quantity?

This dress programme starts at 200 pieces per style and colourway. Sizes can be split across a size set, and for a first order we can often mix colourways so you can test demand before committing to one shade.
