What files do you need for prints and embroidery?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result. For raster artwork please supply 300 dpi at final print size. Embroidery is digitised in-house and we return a sew-out photo for approval.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype in Rayon is typically ready 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Revisions add roughly 4 days each, and we send fit photos at every stage.

Can you develop my own pattern?

Yes. Send a tech pack, a reference garment or even clear photos, and we will draft the block, grade it across your size set and produce a fit sample before bulk.

How does shipping work?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Bulk normally ships by consolidated sea freight, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
