FAQ

How do you control colour consistency?

Lab dips are approved before bulk dyeing and the approved reference is kept on file. Bulk shade is checked within the agreed tolerance band against that reference on every repeat order.

Can you match my existing size chart?

We frequently work from a client's own block. Send your grade rules and measurements and we grade to them, then produce a size-set sample for confirmation before cutting bulk.

What is the minimum order quantity?

This dress programme starts at 150 pieces per style and colourway. Sizes can be split across a size set, and for a first order we can often mix colourways so you can test demand before committing to one shade.

What files do you need for prints and embroidery?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the cleanest result. For raster artwork please supply 300 dpi at final print size. Embroidery is digitised in-house and we return a sew-out photo for approval.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype in Quick-Dry Polyester is typically ready 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed. Revisions add roughly 3 days each, and we send fit photos at every stage.
