American programmes are planned around spring assortment resets. That means the sampling rounds, the freight mode and the customs paperwork have to be decided at quotation stage, not at ex-factory. We build the production schedule backwards from your in-stock date and flag the two points where a US programme usually slips — colour approval and freight booking.

Quality control

Every bulk order is checked against the approved sample for shade, hand feel, measurements in inches and workmanship. Shrinkage, colour fastness and seam strength are recorded on the first bulk lot and held as the reference for reorders, so sweater batches stay comparable over time. Inspection photos and the measurement report are sent before the balance payment is due.

How long does sampling take?

A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.

How is shipping handled?

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard programmes start at 500 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.

Do you provide compliance documents?

We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for California Prop 65, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
