Custom T-Shirt for the Asia-Pacific Islands Market — Lace with Batik-Style Wax Resist
We supply t-shirt to island-market buyers built for warm humid days and air-conditioned interiors. Cloth weight, openness of weave and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and salt air first: Lace at 180-210 gsm, shade-matched to hold up under strong UV, chlorinated water and frequent laundering. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Yokohama or Kaohsiung.
The failure modes in this region are consistent: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the documents JIS requires, so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage at the port.

Import, duty and delivery
JIS and Japanese household goods labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship LCL or FCL to Yokohama or Kaohsiung, provide the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file, which matters for resort programmes that reorder every season.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for JIS and Japanese household goods labelling, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
