Custom Suit for the India and Pakistan Market — Organza with Smocking
We supply suit to South Asian buyers built for hot pre-monsoon summers well above 40 °C. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Organza at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Delhi ICD or Lahore dry port.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and no reliable way to track a order once it enters production. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare BIS so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during the wedding and Navratri gifting window.

Import, duty and delivery
BIS or PSQCA documentation and GST-compliant invoicing is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Delhi ICD or Lahore dry port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the wedding and Navratri gifting window.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 200 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
