Custom Suit for the India and Pakistan Market — Mesh with Hangtag and Packaging
We supply suit to South Asian buyers built for mild North Indian and Pakistani winters. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Mesh at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Nhava Sheva or Chennai.
The failures here are predictable: color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric, and unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare BIS so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during the wedding and Navratri gifting window.

Import, duty and delivery
BIS compliance with IEC-registered import documentation is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Nhava Sheva or Chennai with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the wedding and Navratri gifting window.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GRS recycled content claim, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
