Custom T-Shirt for the India and Pakistan Market — Twill with Yarn Dyeing
We supply t-shirt to South Asian buyers built for hot pre-monsoon summers well above 40 °C. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for heat, humidity and repeated hand washing first: Twill at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold under strong sun and monsoon humidity. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Nhava Sheva or Chennai.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare BIS so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage during Diwali festive demand.

Import, duty and delivery
BIS compliance with IEC-registered import documentation is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Nhava Sheva or Chennai with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and GST or sales tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against Diwali festive demand.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for pre-shipment inspection (PSI), and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
