Custom Ethnic Ties & Accessories — Satin with Screen Printing
We make ethnic ties & accessories built around guatemalan brocade bands, produced in Satin with Screen Printing. Ethnic accessory programmes fail on the details: bead count per motif, stitch density, trim weight and colour matching all have to hold across a repeat order, so we set them in the tech pack and confirm them on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Rotterdam or Felixstowe.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — materials, trim attachment strength, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare REACH so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while the summer festival season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
REACH nickel-release and GPSR documentation is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Rotterdam or Felixstowe with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the summer festival season.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for CPSIA lead and phthalate testing, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 100 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
