Custom Ethnic Belts & Accessories — Suede Fabric with Sequin Work
We make ethnic belts & accessories built around andean striped weaving, produced in Suede Fabric with Sequin Work. Ethnic accessory programmes fail on the details: bead count per motif, stitch density, trim weight and colour matching all have to hold across a repeat order, so we set them in the tech pack and confirm them on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jebel Ali.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — materials, trim attachment strength, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare GSO so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while the Christmas market and holiday window passes.

Import, duty and delivery
GSO conformity with Arabic labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Christmas market and holiday window.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 150 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
