Custom Ethnic Clothing Accessories — Tencel Lyocell with Applique Embroidery
We make ethnic clothing accessories built around egyptian lotus borders, produced in Tencel Lyocell with Applique Embroidery. Ethnic accessory programmes fail on the details: bead count per motif, stitch density, trim weight and colour matching all have to hold across a repeat order, so we set them in the tech pack and confirm them on a sample before bulk. Programmes start at 100 pieces per style per colour and ship to Shanghai or Ningbo.
The failures here are predictable: long lead times that miss the selling season, and packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable. We lock the specification before bulk — materials, trim attachment strength, dye lot and tolerance — and prepare OEKO-TEX so shipments clear instead of sitting at port while the Christmas market and holiday window passes.

Import, duty and delivery
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 with the destination's labelling rules is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Shanghai or Ningbo with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and quote landed cost so duty and tax are visible before you commit. Reorders draw on the approved specification held on file — which matters when you are buying against the Christmas market and holiday window.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 7 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for colour fastness to washing and rubbing, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
