Custom Suit for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Moisture-Wicking Knit with Beading and Embroidery
We supply suit to russian and central asian buyers built for Central Asian continental summers. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Moisture-Wicking Knit at 120-150 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the spring uniform replenishment window. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to Tashkent dry port.
The failures here are predictable: no reliable way to track a order once it enters production, and minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Uzbekistan so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the spring uniform replenishment window passes.

Import, duty and delivery
GOST technical documentation in Russian is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Tashkent dry port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 150 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
