Custom Suit for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Seersucker with Woven Label
We supply suit to russian and central asian buyers built for short temperate summers. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Seersucker at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold through marketplace FBO restocking before peak. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to Moscow logistics hub.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Russia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while marketplace FBO restocking before peak passes.

Import, duty and delivery
Russian-language labelling and care symbols is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Moscow logistics hub with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 150 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
