Custom T-Shirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Slub Cotton with Beading and Embroidery
We supply t-shirt to middle eastern buyers built for Gulf summers above 45 °C with dry heat. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Slub Cotton at 90-120 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the Ramadan selling peak. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Jebel Ali.
The failures here are predictable: inconsistent sizing between production runs, and color drift between lab dips and bulk fabric. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for the UAE so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the Ramadan selling peak passes.

Import, duty and delivery
Egyptian GOEIC registration for textile imports is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Jebel Ali with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 300 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for SASO textile technical regulation, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
