Custom Sports Wear for the Russian and Central Asian Market — Slub Cotton with All-Over Sublimation
We supply sports wear to russian and central asian buyers built for continental winters below minus 20 °C. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Slub Cotton at 210-260 gsm, shade-matched to hold through marketplace FBO restocking before peak. Programmes start at 300 pieces per style per colour and ship to Saint Petersburg or Vladivostok.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Russia so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while marketplace FBO restocking before peak passes.

Import, duty and delivery
EAC Eurasian conformity marking is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Saint Petersburg or Vladivostok with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Shipments into the Eurasian Economic Union carry EAC marking and Russian-language labelling, and light-industry goods require the Honest Sign digital code before they can be sold — we register codes and apply them in packing so marketplace inbound is not rejected.
FAQ
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 10 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
