Custom Suit for the Latin American Market — Linen with Woven Label
We supply suit to latin american buyers built for Mexican highland mild days. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Linen at 160-200 gsm, shade-matched to hold through the resort and beachwear season. Programmes start at 150 pieces per style per colour and ship to San Antonio or Valparaiso.
The failures here are predictable: packaging that arrives crushed and unsellable, and long lead times that miss the selling season. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Chile so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while the resort and beachwear season passes.

Import, duty and delivery
NOM Mexican official standard labelling is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to San Antonio or Valparaiso with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Import duty and tax in the region are high — landed cost including the NCM tariff line is quoted before you commit, and instalment-friendly production schedules are planned around retail cash flow.
FAQ
Do you provide compliance documents?
We can arrange OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BSCI, WRAP and ISO documentation as well as third-party testing reports for GRS recycled content claim, and we support REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 declarations for the relevant markets.
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard programmes start at 150 pieces per style and colour. We can split sizes across a size set, and for first orders we often accept a mixed-colour run to help you test the market.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 4 days each.
