Custom T-Shirt for the Middle Eastern Market — Oxford with Tie-Dye Wash
We supply t-shirt to middle eastern buyers built for Levantine Mediterranean seasons. Cloth weight, weave openness and colour fastness are specified for the climate first: Oxford at 90-120 gsm, shade-matched to hold through Eid al-Fitr gifting demand. Programmes start at 200 pieces per style per colour and ship to Hamad Port.
The failures here are predictable: unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing, and suppliers who disappear once the deposit is paid. We lock the specification before bulk — weight, shrinkage, stitch density and tolerance — and prepare the conformity documents for Qatar so containers clear instead of accruing demurrage while Eid al-Fitr gifting demand passes.

Import, duty and delivery
Egyptian GOEIC registration for textile imports is arranged before the goods leave the factory. We ship to Hamad Port with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Coverage, opacity and drape are fixed before cloth is chosen, so the garment breathes in extreme heat while staying opaque in strong light. Arabic labelling and the SABER certificate are prepared before the container sails.
FAQ
Can you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a Pantone TCX reference or a physical swatch. We return lab dips for approval and hold bulk shade within the agreed tolerance band before cutting.
How is shipping handled?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Consolidated sea freight is the default for bulk programmes, with air or express options when a launch date is at risk.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best print and embroidery results. For raster artwork please supply at least 300 dpi at the final print size. We digitise embroidery files in-house and return a sew-out photo for approval.
How long does sampling take?
A first prototype is typically ready in 14 working days after the tech pack is confirmed, including fabric sourcing if the base cloth is not in our stock library. Revisions add about 5 days each.
